Based in Pittsfield, this position involves the assisting of managing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource department. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage the administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs.
- Carry out responsibilities in the following areas: department development, benefits, compensation, organizational development, labor laws and employment.
Qualifications: Strong effective written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, organizational and management skills, excellent mathematical skills, advanced computer skills; ability to show motivation, confidence, and reliability while on the job.
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree (BA) from a four-year college or university and/or 5 years work experience in related field.
