Senior Mortgage Lender

Oversee sales and development of mortgage loan departments at all locations. Originate and work closely with originators and processors/closers. Knowledge of Freddie Mac and/or Fannie Mae guidelines required.

Skills Required:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience would be considered. Prefer individual with 5 years related experience. Extensive knowledge in mortgage loan process is required. 

Credit Analyst

Responsible for analyzing and monitoring financial statements, completing ratio, trend, and cash flow analysis. Interact with internal and external customers to obtain information needed and to structure loans to minimize risk. Account monitoring for loan agreement compliance, perform annual reviews and prepare various reports.

Skills Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent work experience. Commercial underwriting experience and prior credit approval authority preferred. 

Administrative Assistant
