What to Know About Your Banking Services

Online Banking: Logging In

Online Banking is available.

Username: your existing username
Temporary password: your username + the last four digits of your Social Security number
You will be prompted to create a new password.

If you have not logged in within the past 120 days, you may need to enroll again. Call 217-285-5585 if you need assistance.

Mobile App: Download the New App

Download the NEW Farmers State Bank Mobile App and delete the old Farmers State Bank app.

Search: “Farmers State Bank IL” in the App Store or Google Play.

Debit Cards

Activate your new debit card using the phone number listed on the card (automated system).

Set up your PIN (you may reuse your previous PIN).
Update any merchants or subscriptions tied to your old card number.

Bill Pay

Bill Pay is available in Online Banking.

Business payees and scheduled payments transferred automatically.
Person-to-person payments and eBills must be set up again.
