Farmers State Bank System Upgrade

You will receive a NEW debit card between February 1 and February 18. Your debit card number will change. Please keep your new card in a safe place and do not activate it until Thursday, February 19.

Your new card will be contactless (tap-to-pay).

• Activation: Activate your new card by calling the number listed on the card (automated system).
• PIN: You must set up a PIN; you can reuse your current PIN if you choose.
• Payments to update: Any pre-authorized payments tied to your old debit card number (subscriptions, online merchants, etc.) must be updated after you activate the new card. Any payments tied to your account number and routing number will operate as normal.
• Temporary limits (upgrade weekend only):
  • ATM withdrawals: up to $300/day
  • PIN-based purchases: up to $300/day
  • Signature (credit) purchases: up to $1,000/day

Online and Mobile access will be offline starting Thursday, February 19 at 6:00 p.m. The NEW Online Banking system goes live Monday, February 23 at 9:00 a.m.

First-time login on February 23:

• Username: Use your existing username.
• Temporary password: Your current username + the last four digits of your Social Security number.
• You will then be prompted to change your password.
• If you have not logged in within the past 120 days, you will need to enroll as a new user.

After you log in:

• Re-establish account alerts (alerts will not carry over).
• Recreate account nicknames (nicknames will not carry over).
• Review your account users and access profiles for accuracy.

On Monday, February 23, download the NEW Farmers State Bank Mobile App. Please delete the old Farmers State Bank app from your device.

Tip: When searching in the App Store / Google Play, search “Farmers State Bank IL” to locate the new app.

Bill Pay will be temporarily unavailable starting Thursday, February 13 at 2:00 a.m. and will return in the new Online Banking system on Monday, February 23 at 9:00 a.m.

• Payments scheduled before 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 19: process as usual.
• Payments dated Feb. 20–22: will NOT be processed and must be rescheduled on Feb. 23.
• Payees & scheduled payments to businesses: transfer automatically.
• Person-to-person payments and eBills do not transfer and must be set up again after the upgrade.
• Recommended: Save/print screenshots of your Bill Pay payees and scheduled payments before Feb. 13.
