For new tenants, 100% of cash rent payment may be due upon lease agreement execution or a letter of credit may be required.

The Farmers State Bank Trust Department is accepting sealed bids for the rent of the following tract of land until October 6th, 2025:

Approximate 328 acres, with 200 tillable located in S ½ of section 24, T65, R3W Pike County, IL. This parcel will be rented on a cash basis.

The Trustee reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids. All applications received will be on file for 90 days from the date received by Farmers State Bank. After that time period, a new application must be submitted if you desire to be considered as a potential tenant.
