Thank you for your interest in being a tenant on farmland managed by Farmers State Bank. All applications received will be on file for 90 days from the date received by Farmers State Bank. After that time period, a new application must be submitted if you desire to be considered as a potential tenant.

For new tenants, 100% of cash rent payment may be due upon lease agreement execution or a letter of credit may be required.
